All registrations must be accompanied by payment, otherwise you are not considered registered.
Payment can be made by cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, money order, bank draft or bank transfer.
Please make all cheques, money orders or bank drafts payable to International Astronautical Congress and send to The IAC 2004 Secretariat.

Each attendee must personally check in at the Congress registration desk to pick up a Congress kit and badge before attending any sessions or events.

Registration identification badges are required for admission to all sessions, refreshment breaks, Welcome Reception and to enter Exhibit Hall.
fees will be charged in Canadian dollars.
Full Registration includes A CD-ROM of Congress proceedings, badge, Congress bag & documentation, admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception, the International Exhibit, access to all Plenary and Technical sessions & coffee breaks. All other events including the Gala dinner are not included in the registration fee.
Accompanying Person Registration includes admission to the Opening Ceremony, the International Exhibit and the Welcome Reception. Only one accompanying person registration allowed per delegate.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations WILL NOT be accepted by telephone. Cancellations MUST be in writing (preferably by email) and sent to the IAC 2004 Secretariat.
In the unlikely event that the 2004 International Astronautical Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Members of the press must first fill the Press Credentials Form and fax or mail it to the IAF as indicated on the form.
Upon notification of acceptance, download the Press Member Registration Form (social event, tours & accommodations) and fax or mail it to the IAC 2004 Secretariat as indicated on the form.
